At CarPlay Motorcycle, we want you to ride with confidence in your gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the exchange or refund.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed apparel with all original tags attached back into its original packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
